This system was created with existing equipment and new to produce a gain in weight, pre measured powder box filling line. Electrical controls and load cells were fashioned by aid-inc.com to allow push button start and auto fill of various size boxes.

This custom system is a vacuum pneumatic conveying system from a manual bag dump station. Product is conveyed into the vacuum receiver. More than the required amount of product is held in the receiver, and the correct batch weight of product is fed by the rotary valve feeder. Electrical controls and load cells were fashioned by aid-inc.com to allow push button start and auto fill of various size boxes.
