Advanced Industrial Design, Inc. Custom design pneumatic conveying systems, either new installations or re-engineering
of old or poorly designed existing systems, by listening to our valued customers. Our line includes pneumatic conveying, air conveying, pneumatic
conveying systems, conveying powder, vacuum conveying and conveying equipment engineering solutions. Dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems
suspend product in the pneumatic conveying line air stream. Rotary valves introduce powders, pellets, granules such as flour, sugar, starch,
gelatin, grain, lime to name a few by metering product into a moving air stream. Conveying velocities is a key design factor in a successful
dilute phase system. Our systems include beginning to end equipment that includes pressure and vacuum blower packages. 304 Stainless steel,
Aluminum or mild steel pipe and tubing, compression couplings, long sweep elbows. Storage silos, such as welded, bolted, or Aluminum spiral
tanks. bin vent dust collectors, silo accessories that include bin vent dust collectors, inventory systems, level sensors, silo weighing load
cells, live bottom bin activators, aeration fluidized bed discharge aids. We also specialize in loss in weight equipment, such as surge hoppers
with integral volumetric feeders, life time guarantee hydraulic load cells and PLC based control panels to suit any batching perimeters.
We specialize in semi bulk handling via bulk bag unloading frames and bag dump stations. Scale hoppers and scale valves are used when large
bulk powder systems are required.
